Individual Coaching
Using 12-month, 9-month, 6-month, or 4-month timeframes, individual coaching begins with assessing where a client is and where they want to be. Each program is designed to address a client’s unique needs, starting with an initial discovery session, which serves as the foundation for building an individualized coaching experience.
All one-on-one services include the option of also using the Enneagram Model.
Leadership Coaching
This type of coaching is focused on developing individuals into more effective team leaders.
As a certified Leadership Circle Profile coach, I use this 360 assessment model to evaluate, analyze, and coach leadership competencies over the course of a 4-6 month time period.
This can be done on an individual basis for present and future leaders or part of a larger corporate coaching program.
Corporate Executive Coaching
Coaching programs for corporate entities are individually designed to meet the needs and goals of the entity and participants.
These programs seek to help an institution define its values to strengthen or shift its culture, which is vital for creating a dynamic work environment, attracting and retaining talent, and growing client relationships.
Executive coaching prepares teams for productive succession planning, corporate change, and addresses equity and inclusion efforts.
These programs includes a combination of one-to-one coaching, leadership training, and team / management coaching.
